1. ITC Hotels Gift Card is issued by Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited.
2. To register and activate your ITC Hotels Gift Card, please send an SMS from your mobile phone as follows:
   ACT <space> CardNumber <space> CardPin <space> FirstName <space> LastName to 99639 00600. The sending of the said message to the designated mobile number and receipt of due acknowledgement thereto, shall constitute registration of the User.
3. ITC Hotels / Qwikcilver shall honour and consider requests for blocking of Gift Cards only from users who have registered in accordance with the terms of Gift Card mentioned below.
4. Valid Gift Card in its original form (Email/SMS) has to be presented at the time of availing a service.
5. Gift Card may be used only at participating ITC Hotels in India.
6. All Gift Cards issued shall have a validity period of 1 (one) year from the date of issuance of cards.
7. This Gift Card cannot be transferred for balance value or redeemed for cash.
8. This Gift Card is cash equivalent. Qwikcilver, ITC Hotels or their affiliates are not responsible if this Gift Card is lost, stolen or used without permission.
9. No refund, replacement or cash back would be considered against the Gift Card.
10. Reload is not applicable in case of gift card.
11. Any dispute shall be referred to Qwikcilver and the decision of Qwikcilver will be final.
12. Subject to the foregoing, these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Gurugram, India.
13. Qwikcilver & ITC reserve the entitlement to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Any change in these terms and conditions can be viewed on our website https://www.qwikcilver.com/terms-and-conditions/. No fees or charges apply to Gift Cards.
14. The cardholder may request for the revalidation of the expired gift card. Upon receipt of such request the gift card may be revalidated after due verification and maybe subject to additional terms and conditions. 15. Non-receipt of Gift Card post 7 days of receipt of dispatch confirmation has to be reported immediately or else Qwikcilver, ITC Limited or their affiliates will not be liable for the misuse of the card.
16. The card is valid for spends towards stays (room & incidental charges), food & beverages, Home deliveries & takeaways, spa services (for resident guests only), Fabelle boutiques and applicable taxes at any of the participating hotels.
17. The card is not valid for spends towards settling banquet charges, paid-outs like car transfers, spends at retail or any third party service establishment at participating hotels, or any expenses of personal nature for which a pay-out is raised such as buying medicines, repairs of personal items etc.
18. The Gift Card cannot be used for deposit, advance purchase or to secure or confirm a reservation.
19. The cards cannot be used to settle stays booked on/thru
    1. Corporate rates
    2. Group rates
    3. Online Travel Agents (OTA’s)
    4. Any discounted or contracted room rates
    5. Travel Agents/Intermediaries
    6. Any commission agents
20. The Gift Card shall not be applicable for redemption in conjunction with any other offer/promotion or benefit(s)
21. The card shall not be valid for withdrawal of cash or currency exchange.
22. Multiple transactions can be performed on gift card until the value of the card is exhausted.
23. Should the purchase value exceed the card value, the differential amount of such purchase shall have to be paid at the point of sale either in cash or through an accepted credit or debit card, at the time of making such purchase.
24. Club ITC Green Points will not be awarded for transaction settled using Gift Cards. However, for transactions settled with a combination of Gift Card and any other eligible payment mode the Club ITC Green Points will be awarded for the differential amount being settled through the alternate payment mode.
25. A card once issued cannot be cancelled or refunded.
26. The Gift Card can be purchased for a minimum value of ₹1000 and maximum value of ₹10,000 per transaction
27. The Gift Card will be delivered instantly to the recipient’s email address as entered in the form on the same day unless the delivery is scheduled for a particular day.

31. In case of theft, kindly report the same to Qwikcilver. Upon verification of the identity of the guest the card will be blocked and a fresh card will be reissued. The card is a cash equivalent bearer card. Qwikcilver, ITC & its affiliates shall not be responsible for lost or stolen cards and any misuse thereof. A reissued card shall have the balance validity of the original issued card.
32. Redemption of the card by its bearer shall be valid discharge of Qwikcilver & ITC's liabilities in respect of the card.
33. The card is subject to applicable laws. The card holder shall comply with all applicable laws promulgated by any statutory/judicial/competent authority from time to time in this regard.

Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited (Qwikcilver) has filed an application with regulatory authorities to consolidate into its parent Pine Labs Private Limited (Pine Labs). On receipt of the approval, the business will get consolidated into a single entity, i.e. Pine Labs and Pine Labs will thereafter honour all valid prepaid gift cards and undertake any other card issuer obligations previously being undertaken by Qwikcilver. There will be no change to your ITC gift card, issued by Qwikcilver, in any manner, such as its use, acceptance, validity, redemption and user experience. Status quo will prevail over the existing valid prepaid gift card balances and no deduction or changes will be made thereto in any manner whatsoever.
